Challenge: SentinelOne asked us to support engagement on their Global Mental Health Week.
What we did: We reframed the training around the theme of Resilience. We designed and delivered a series of interactive, online Ooomph Factor workshops across the week, tailored to different regions and time zones.
Impact: 325 employees attended across 3 continents, engaging 12% of their global workforce. Sessions achieved maximum interaction and top-quartile positive feedback.

Challenge: Evergreen wanted content that felt personal, practical and relevant – not generic wellbeing content – and that genuinely shifted mindsets.
What we did: We delivered interactive resilience training sessions split across the full day so our Ooomph became fully integrated in the full delegate experience as part of the annual company conference. We followed up with online learning to embed behaviour change.
Impact: Pre-session survey results showed low-to-average confidence in resilience tools (median 6/10). Post the conference and online sessions, that understanding and behaviour change had increased to 8/10, with an overall Yellow NPS of 50.
