"I created yellow to give back my 25 years of FMCG International Sales and marketing experience to a new generation of commercial leaders. I wanted to help solve for the challenging times and headwinds we face at work whilst preserving the impact and legacy of those that have come before us.

I wanted to help solve for the challenging times and headwinds we face at work whilst preserving the impact and legacy of those that have come before us.

That’s why yellow itself isn’t really a Company it’s a Community. A team all obsessed with bringing fresh energy to learning, provocative ideas and practical tools for work and life today.

Outside of work you'll find me either up a mountain, in the ocean or running. I'm also proud to have just started a regular volunteer role as Run Coach for Project Fearless in Amsterdam.

Co-Founder

I spent more than 18 years working in sales training, coaching and HR around the world. My time in HR sparked a real interest in employee health and wellbeing – how to support people in ways that are practical, measured and built to last.

In 2014, I made a pivot towards individual health and corporate wellness. I retrained as a personal trainer and set up my own business, working with organisations that wanted healthier, more resilient teams – not just busier ones.

I joined Jane at yellow because it felt like the right place to bring those two worlds together. As we progressed through the B Corp journey, we could see how much more there was to do – not just in wellness, but in coaching and consulting.

Outside work, you'll usually find me cold dipping off the coast of South Wales, watching rugby or coaching a local under 10s football team.
